Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based intervention support program which aims to deliver psychological services to employees (may include family members) for any personal or work-related problems that may have an adverse impact on their job performance and emotional well-being. Eliteus Pte Ltd recognizes that every workplace is unique and can customize the EAP structure, referral system and training programs to suit your organizational needs. We are pleased to offer counselling services and co-create solutions that add value in an integrated approach to enhance employee well-being. These include but are not limited to a range of consulting and training services designed to assist in resolving conflict, reducing workplace risks, and enhancing capability and resilience in individuals and teams. Counselling

Counselling creates a neutral, safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, families and groups to discuss and work through any personal struggles, challenges, goals and deriving potential solutions. Many studies have shown that both adults and children can benefit from counselling to better cope with their emotions, dilemmas, and challenges in their various life transitions.

Seeking professional counselling support can be an effective and proactive way to gain deeper insights towards improving the current emotional state of life challenges. It can offer you greater clarity and increase your self-awareness to explore positive options, in a confidential, non-judgmental, safe environment to improve your circumstances or relationship that you are taking charge of your life to make it better.

We understand people may feel apprehensive in seeking help from counsellors because of various reasons such as but not limited to feeling shy, awkward, worried of being judged as unsound, no time, suppression and so on. These are common feelings because they are our emotional state of mind. It would just take a step forward to recognize and empower us towards the positive mindset.

At Eliteus Pte Ltd, our counselors support our clients by being a sounding board and by helping them learn and use strategies to manage and cope with their emotions or situation and enable them to make choices for positive change and development.

Confidentiality

At Eliteus, we observe and adhere to The Code of Ethics set out by Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC) and take data protection with utmost confidentiality. 

While we take every step to protect sensitive information disclosed during the sessions, and unless with client’s written permission, information shall not be revealed except where disclosure is required by law. It is our responsibility to disclose information under circumstances required by the law where a client presents a danger to self, others or to property and/or where there is reasonable conduct of abusive acts on child, dependent or elder.

Couples & Marital Counselling

Due to family and work commitments, couples may feel more distant and find it hard to nurture their relationship. Couple therapy can help you to re-establish your connection and bond to one another, It provides a vital opportunity to observe couples’ interactions, assess where conflict arises, and agree on the steps required to meet both partners’ needs.

Children and Teens Counselling

Being aware of the challenges in growing up these days where parents/guardians can gain insights in the developmental stage. Therapy sessions can focus on working towards an optimistic future, developing positive coping methods, as well as boosting self-esteem, self-confidence, and thrive. helping your child or teenager build beneficial thinking patterns.

Family Counselling

The aim for this therapy is to address specific issues that affect the psychological health of the family, such as major life transitions or mental health conditions. Helping families to foster relationships to work towards a common goal, improve communication, problem-solving, and coping skills, and enhance their sense of connection to one another.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment will be collected prior to the commencement of each counselling session. All payments are non-refundable once the session commences. If you are unable to turn up for your confirmed counselling appointment, please inform Eliteus at least 48 hours in advance via email or by phone for a reschedule. Otherwise, a full fee will be imposed for missed appointments or no-show cancellations.

NURTURE POSITIVENESS IN PARENTING

Nurturing positiveness in parenting is a transformative approach that goes beyond traditional child-rearing methods. Positive parenting involves cultivating a supportive and warm environment for children, proactive teaching, inductive discipline, and positive involvement. 

Research indicates that positive parenting contributes to various aspects of a child’s well-being, including academic success, social-emotional development, and behavioral outcomes. Studies even suggest that it plays a crucial role in protecting children from the adverse effects of stress, promoting healthy brain development, and fostering resilience.

This workshop helps participants to explore 3 key parenting techniques of developing resilience and guide children towards positive behavior.
