Participants will be equipped with the concept of the Job Success Profile (JSP) and its interplay in work redesign. The impetus on how to create and utilize JSPs to serve as a foundation for defining role success and identify job competencies for agility. In addition, participants will learn to integrate synergies between the job roles and workforce plan to anticipate future skill needs.
